About me

I’m Shawn Brown, a former collegiate sprinter with experience competing at the NCAA Division I and Junior College level. I began my track and field career at Central Dauphin East High School, where I built my foundation in sprinting and developed into a top competitor in Pennsylvania.

I am a three time PIAA champion in the 100m, 60m, and 4x200 relay. Those experiences shaped my mindset, discipline, and commitment to performing under pressure at the highest level.

After high school, I continued my athletic career at Butler Community College before transferring to Texas Tech University to complete my collegiate journey at the Division I level. While at Texas Tech in 2024, I was part of the NCAA D1 2024 indoor national championship team.

My background as an athlete has given me a strong understanding of sprint mechanics, acceleration, and race execution. I now use that experience to help athletes build speed, improve technique, and develop the confidence to compete at their highest level.
